We've created the perfect training option for those looking for individual guidance, high accountability and RESULTS. Our Semi-Private Personal Training option includes a thorough assessment of your current fitness level and future goals. We then create a personalized fitness program to help you to achieve those goals.
This 2 Week Jumpstart includes Unlimited Semi-Private Personal Training Sessions. We currently have training times at 8am, 10am, 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 5:30pm and 6:30pm.
This 2 Week Jumpstart also includes an initial Nutrition Consult, personal Food Journal Review Session, as well as a Fit3D body scan to highlight the areas you can start to work on to get results more quickly!
